WOODEN CASES
We produce custom-made cases with lenghts ranging from 20 cm to 10 mt.
Our cases are designed for both national and international shipments with all methods of transportation.
The interior of our cases can be covered with various insulating materials in order to protect their content.
PALLETS
We produce custom-made pallets in any size and dimension. Our standard selection ranges from 400x600 mm to 600x1200 mm.
WOODEN CAGES
We produce custom-made 2-way or 4-way wooden cages.
CUSTOM-MADE PACKAGING
At Biagioli Imballaggi we produce complex packaging products from techical drawings, using computerized numerical control (CNC) machines. The advanced technology we use allows us to meticulously follow any specific customer's request.
WOODEN PALLET COLLARS
We produce foldable pallet collars in either plywood or solid fir-wood, both in compliance with the ISPM n.15.

WOODEN SPACING ELEMENTS
We produce custom-made packaging equipped with special wooden spacing elements, designed to support and arrange cylyndrical objects inside the cases.
WOODEN CAPS
We produce wooden caps for cardboard tubes in any sizes, using CNC machines.
PACKAGING ACCESSORIES
The interior of every packaging we produce can be improved and customized with additional protective elements, according to the material of the content or specific requirement determined by the shipping method.
These additional elements (tar paper, nylon, laminated barrier bags, desiccant bags, heat shrinkable covers) are essential to prevent possible damages caused by moisture, rain or salt.
We also provide further additional products that might be necessary to protect fragile parts during transport such as bubble wrap, styrofoam, cardboard, self adhesive rubber, felt and expanded polyethylene lining.
